We’ll help you find the correct replacement tray, seat cover, straps, or wheels for your specific model. Include a photo if you’re unsure of your model.
Our convertible high chairs grow with your child. The Trio 3-in-1 works from infant to toddler (6 months to 3+ years). The Beanstalk and Full Course 6-in-1 models offer even more configurations from infant through childhood. Contact us with your child’s current age and we’ll recommend the best match for your family’s needs.
Absolutely! If you’re having trouble assembling your Ingenuity high chair, email us with your model name and which step is challenging. We can provide additional photos, video links, or walk you through the assembly process. All our high chairs are designed for tool-free setup, so we’ll get you sorted quickly.
Our SmartClean Trio Elite and SmartClean ChairMate feature dishwasher-safe trays and machine-washable seat pads. Remove the tray and place it in your dishwasher. The seat pad unzips and can go in your washing machine on gentle cycle, then air dry. For quick cleanups, wipe both with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Yes! All Ingenuity high chairs come with a manufacturer warranty. Email us at hello@ingenuitychair.com with your purchase date, model name, and a description of the issue. Include photos if there’s visible damage or defect. We’ll review your case and provide warranty support or replacement parts as needed.
